Q Web Consulting is the new consulting arm of New England Multimedia, a Rhode Island-based multimedia web company and production studio specializing in web marketing and website effectiveness. Since 1999, we have offered professional consulting services and production for website design, development, marketing, social media, web video, podcasts, streaming media and other innovative web-based technologies.
Q Web Consulting’s blog is designed with the business owner and entrepreneur in mind, offering free relevant information to help businesses and hopefuls understand all the ways they can leverage the power of the internet to increase their brand’s visibility, inspire customer loyalty, and raise profits in ways that justify their investments of time and money.
In January 2010, after ten years as a production studio for marketing tools like websites, Content Management Systems, video and audio services, on-hold marketing, and much more, New England Multimedia decided to expand our services into educating others about how to use those tools themselves, especially on the internet. The internet has evened the playing field for anyone with a dream of making a living doing what they love, and we found that many of our friends and colleagues felt ill-equipped to market themselves there, but didn’t have the advertising budget to pay others to do it for them.
Thus, this blog was born. And thus began our full immersion into the world of internet marketing and marketers, both good and bad, so we could pass on what we learn and hopefully inspire others to break free of their fears and take the plunge into owning their own business, even if it’s simply a hobby that brings in a little extra money.
